Plant Based Shake Recipe: Spinach, Date, & Almond Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 handful of frozen baby spinach
  • 1 large date
  • 1 teaspoon of pure almond butter
  • 1/4 of an avacado
  • 1/3 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • recommended: add grounded seeds for extra nutrition (hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds etc.)
