Plant Based Shake Recipe: Kale and Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of frozen baby kale
  • 1 handful of frozen baby spinach
  • 1 refrigerated banana
  • 1 large pitted date
  • 3/4 cup cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • recommended: add grounded seeds for extra nutrition (hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds etc.)
